QUAD put out an open brief to animation students to recreate one of the classic arcade video games. So I made this for Derby's QUAD video games weekend. The weekend celebrated the rich culture, history and potential future of computer and video games.

Donkey Kong has a charming simplicity with vibrant colours and playful humour. This version of the classic arcade recreates that charm with textured craft items in a stop motion style.
