Privacy policy

Mair Perkins Ltd takes your privacy seriously and your personal information will only be used to contact you about your enquiry when you filled in the contact form.

Your personal information will never be sold or passed on to third parties unless there is a very good reason to do so, in which case your consent will always be sought before doing so.

The contact form

When you fill out the contact form on this website, your name and email address will be collected. They will be used to reply to your enquiry. They will not be used to sell on to third parties or spam you with unnecessary emails.

If your enquiry results in you becoming a client your details will be held in the company address book. If you would like to be removed from the address book you can request by emailing the Data Protection Officer.

If your enquiry does not lead to you becoming a client then your details will be archived. These can be deleted by contacting the data protection officer and submitting your request.

The newsletter

If you would like to subscribe to the newsletter of this website you will need to provide your email address. The newsletter is sent using MailChimp and this is where your information will be stored. You can read MailChimp’s privacy policy here: https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/

Your information will never be sold to third parties and will only be used to send you the newsletter.

If you would like to be removed from the newsletter database you can either do so via the unsubscribe button in a newsletter email, or you can request for your information to be removed from the database by emailing the Data Protection Officer.

Google Analytics

This website contains a Google Analytics tracker to better understand how visitors use this website and to improve the content and experience. In order to do so, Google Analytics uses cookies. These track anonymous user behaviour and store no sensitive or personally identifiable information.

The data Google Analytics collects is set to be retained for 14 months (the shortest amount of time Google allows this retention period to be) and will be deleted automatically after that. Business cards and networking

Occasionally I attend networking events and if I have met you there and you gave me a business card then I will keep that business card for an indefinite amount of time. I will use the information on the business card to contact you when the need arises.

I will never use that information to subscribe you to a newsletter without seeking your consent first. I will never sell your information to a third party. If I meet someone who might be an interesting person for you to know/meet I will ask your permission before passing your details to this person.
