We’ve been working with Mair now since Spring 2011, and have been impressed not only with the quality of the work she has done for us but also her commitment to providing excellent customer service. During this time Mair has worked on various paper products and has redesigned our member’s newsletter and deigned our training programme promotional brochure. She has also provided design work for our websites including a new corporate brand, and image templates for us to use where she went the extra mile to suggest software we could use and instructions on how to use it. The geographical distance could have been a problem as we have had to work remotely. However from the brief for the design job or the content for the publication Mair provides an initial draft, and then through a combination of email exchanges and telephone calls the work evolves to the final product and the process has worked really smoothly. Mair’s work has improved the quality of our online and offline communications, we will continue to use her for design work and would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone looking for a talented designer.
