The company director of The Engagement Coach asked my animation studio to create an explainer animation that they can use to communicate the benefits of employee engagement to organisations and businesses.
We developed a unique and ethereal animation style and used human hand metaphors to suit the abstract concepts within employee engagement. The colours and rendering of the animation area also designed to compliment the existing client brand.
